Over the past 17 years, I have held senior leadership roles within the Learning, Development and Talent space, across several industries including IT, Financial Services and Retail.

Throughout my career I have focused on all aspects of the L&D cycle from design, to delivery, to consultancy and management, covering many subjects such as Leadership development, Management and professional skills, for example communication and presentation skills.  I started my career focusing on systems training, which I would be happy to advice on.

Within the Talent space I have designed High Potential programs and worked closely with the Leadership teams on how do we retain top talent.
